COMMUNITY BUILDING THROUGH PLAY USING D&D (DUNGEONS & DRAGONS)

MA Design Practice student and community facilitator, Ell Hockney, presents their participatory research project that centres on community building through play using D&D (Dungeons & Dragons). Over the last year, Ell has piloted and led D&D groups in different settings, including prisons, libraries, and educational spaces, to connect and improve well-being and strengthen communication and literacy skills through imaginative play.​​
